Oh of course, that makes sense! I found better data that goes all the way down to 180, I'll enter that. Thanks again for all your help!

Has the Arrival Radius field any effect on how closely the route follows the pathway?

No, what matters is "pass as close as possible" parameter at POI level. But anyway the routing will not stick to the pathway, of course.
