Small bug in configuration

As my Android tablet broke down, I reverted to my laptop (with Widows 10) and found that I could not modify individually the settings in "Configuration -> Charts -> Rasters and Vectors -> Customized". The buttonns "Clear all" and "Set all" do work, but I can not select any item individually nor can I move the side slide.
I encounter this problem with version 64 bits 5.9-4 and version 5.9-9-patch1.
The same problem exist on the 32 bits version 5.9-9-path1 installed on a Raspberry Pi 4 with "Buster".

You need to change the display category to "Customized" in order to be able to access these fields
