Subsidiary windows open up on primary display in a multi-monitor configuration

I am running qtVlm on a MacBook Pro with two external displays connected (so a total of 3 displays on the machine, one primary display which is the laptop screen and two external displays). I run qtVlm on one of the external displays. Whenever a subsidiary window opens up, it always opens on the primary display rather than the display that qtVlm is running on. I have Displays have separate Spaces enabled. Can qtVlm be configured to force the subsidiary windows to open on the same display that the main qtVlm window is running on?

qtVlm is developed in the hope that it will be useful, but without any guaranty. qtVlm does not replace traditional navigation methods, nor printed paper charts.

Duplicated screens has always be a problem in qtVlm, not at all designed for that. We may do something about it one day but that is not on the top of the list to be honest.
