Weather Images size less than 1°

It seems, it is not possible to superimpose a weather image if the size is less than 1 degree. Is it confirmed ?

 

No, the minimum size is 0.0001° theoretically.

I will try to explain what happen to me.
- I open a weather images from grib menu
- I deactivate the "lock image on chart" flag in order to resize the image
- I resize the dispalyed image and move it
- Finally, when I come back on the weather images menu (open weather imaged) to reactivate the "lock image on chart" flag, the image come back to the original posizion and with size 1° latitude and 1°logitude. This happen only if the resizing is less than 1°
