I hope this will help you, otherwise I can make some more Screenshots. I have done the pictures with my phone, because I am using a pad manager an it is too long to copy it to the Bord PC.

No this is not what I would like to see
I want to see what is displayed when you press the "Folders" button, something like this:

OK, that should work. Can you press rebuild button and make sure you have activated the "R" icon on the toolbar and that you are zoomed in enough on the chart.
You can also try to go to View menu, Single chart and try to open a .eap file

I think there ist something wrong with the download.
