Changing the constraints when creating a route

Hello, 
When I create a new route, I am unable to change minimum and maximum parameters in the constraints.
I would like to change the constraint settings in order to modify them. 
This has been working and still works on my Windows laptop but not on my Ipad on the purchased qtVlm iOS App.
Please see the screenshots of the App attached. Please see there that the values are fixed and can not be changed.

Does anyone know how to modify the constraints?

This is a security. If you want to enable these options you have to uncheck 'Automatic parameters" in the first tab, preferably before push the cursor fully on the right for best routing quality
