General: Add an option for using latest GSHHS (coastlines) version 2.3.7.
Routings and Routes Modules: Possibility to use waves steepness criteria, calculated from waves height and period.
Gribs Module: Add wave steepness in meteogram and in grib data query. Add a graphical representation of sea state in grib data query.
Charts Module: Add shortcuts ctrl-alt-P (ENC cursor pick) and ctrl-alt-I (chart information).
Add charts packs Germany-Netherlands-Belgium, Malta, Croatia, Madagascar-Reunion-Comores, New Caledonia and Antarctica-Falklands-Indian.
